How quickly can you fulfil orders?
Standard lead time is 10–21 days from order confirmation,
depending on product specifications and current inventory. We
maintain buffer stock for key SKUs to support faster turnaround.
Do you offer private-label packaging?
Yes. We offer private-label packaging and custom branding for
supermarket chains, hotel groups, and large-volume distributors.

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight), Telegraphic Transfer
(TT), and for established buyers, other mutually agreed
arrangements. Payment terms are confirmed during the order
process.
Can you provide product samples?
We provide product samples for qualified buyers. Sample shipments
are arranged via air freight at buyer's cost. Please describe your
specification requirements when requesting samples.
Which incoterms do you use?
We most commonly trade on FOB (Pakistani port), CFR, and CIF
basis. We can accommodate buyer's preferred incoterm where
possible — your export manager will confirm during negotiation.
